1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CUEUE.me (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cueue provides tools for artists and fans to create and participate in live music request sessions, including sharing links/QR codes, submitting requests, and managing session activity. It’s not a business or payment platform. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others
• Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service or bypass access controls
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that materially burdens it

6. Privacy

We collect and process information necessary to provide the Service (for example, account identifiers, session activity, and basic usage data). We do not sell your personal information. Details may evolve as the Service evolves.

7. Your Content

You may submit content such as usernames, profile information, and session requests (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and represent you have the rights to submit it.

Certain profile details you provide (for example, artist names, usernames, social links, and handles) may be visible to other users when you share your profile or participate in sessions.

You grant Cueue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by Cueue and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, streaming platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Cueue is not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUEUE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUEUE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the Service, users, or the public. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

You and Cueue agree to first try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue claims in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief to prevent misuse of the Service or infringement.

For other disputes, you and Cueue agree that disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice.
